Major Milestones

Because of your feedback,  iPROMOTEu has implemented more than 50 bug fixes, usability improvements, and feature enhancements during the last few updates.  Below are a few of the most popular requests that have been implemented:
  • Added the ability to send emails through iSUITE using Affiliates email credentials
    • For simplicity and to avoid spoofing, by default iSUITE sends emails using IPU’s server information and an IPU domain. However, Affiliates wanted to have the ability to choose to send through their own email client credentials as well. This change now gives Affiliates that option and can be set up in the Account section. This was a very big Affiliate ask and we are happy we could make it happen.
  • Over 15,000 orders have been submitted in iSUITE this year

Recent Ehancements

  • Added new optional workflow for adding Decoration Details
    • Some Affiliates expressed they were not sure where the next step was to decorate a product. Now when adding a product, it will ask if you would like to decorate the product or cancel to add product, making the process more intuitive on where to go next.
  • Update Button
    • We recently implemented the left and right arrows in order to move to the previous or next line item. However, when editing a product, it would kick you out to the job detail screen after clicking Update. This change now keeps you on the same page so that you can use the previous and next arrows more efficiently when updating multiple line items.
  • Purchase Order Updates
    • We’ve improved the process to add additional information for a Vendor when creating decorations and related line-items, as well as made strides towards a more coherent and easier to understand Purchase Order by eliminating redundant information sections.
  • Bug Issue Resolutions
    • Customer Acknowledgement – Not pulling item number for the line items:  Resolved
    • Requested Ship Date and In Hands Date reverting to previous day:  Resolved 

What's Coming Soon

Here are some of the exciting features we are working on exclusive to iSUITE!
  • Re-order Report
    • This will allow Affiliates to run dynamic reorder reports that auto-populate marketing tools that can easily be sent to clients to prompt reorders 3-4 months prior to the reorder date, securing the sale of repeat items or new items, providing tools that currently do not exist in any of the other order management systems!
  • Specific Tax Jar Category
    • With the Tax Jar integration, tax is automatically calculated for you. However, in situations where products may be tax-exempt, we will be adding specific tax jar categories which will allow users to exempt specific types of products other than apparel where applicable.
  • Rework of Line Item Details
    • The Design Team is hard at work to update and improve the look and feel of the Line Item Detail screen with an entire redesign. The focus is to clean up the screens and separate some of the information into sections to make it more concise and clear.
  • SAGE/ASI Quote Integration
    • While we have the Presentation module in iSUITE that allows you to create Showcases and Detailed Quotes, many Affiliates are using SAGE or ESP to send product presentations and quotes to their customers. This integration will allow those users to pull over item information from their SAGE/ESP created presentations and import them directly into iSUITE, giving users multiple options to reduce re-keying information into iSUITE.

  • Primary Action Buttons
    • Feedback was received that it was difficult to find some common actions such as repeating a job or editing information on the Job Details screen due to it’s location under a dropdown. Primary action buttons have been added that are clearly displayed at the top of the Job Details screen to Repeat Job, Edit Job, Create Dispute, Request Pre-bill Draft and Request Rejection.
  • 200 Unique Affiliates have placed an order in iSUITE since release!

RECENT ENHANCEMENTS

  • Make Contacts Inactive
    • Affiliates are now able to designate specific contacts as inactive excluding them from the drop-down list of contacts used for selecting a contact on a job. This feature allows users to remove contacts who are no longer employees at a company or have gone on to other roles at the same company.
  • BUG FIX – iSUITE – RESOLVED
    • iSUITE system changing the dates on line items to the previous day.

WHAT'S COMING SOON

  • HubSpot CRM Integration
    • This new feature will allow you to send your iSUITE customers and contacts to HubSpot giving you the ability to send iPROMOTEu generated email templates that will increase productivity!
  • Re-order Report
    • This will allow Affiliates to run dynamic reorder reports that will auto-populate email marketing tools.  These emails can be sent to clients to prompt reorders 3-4 months prior to the reorder date, securing the sale of repeat items or new items.   • REMINDER: No new updates will be provided within XOMS or Xebra starting September 30th

  • Default Messages
    • You will be able to provide custom language that will default in the body of the email for the different job documents such as Acknowledgements, Basic Quotes, Purchase Orders, etc. such as special phone numbers or your internal contacts, terms you would like to relay to your customer etc. This will help make the body of the accompanying email be consistent with your own communication style. Feel free to let Affiliate Services know what you would like to add to these documents and we can work with you to add them!

  • Ability to Download Financial Review as a PDF
    • You now have the ability to also download the Financial Review as a PDF as well as a CSV file.
  • BUG FIXES – iSUITE – RESOLVED
    • Currency label in iSUITE CANADA now showing correctly on Detailed Quote Preview screen
    • Additional info under line item now showing correctly with carriage return on Quotes and Acknowledgements
    • Puerto Rico now showing in the list of options for State

    • ASI is preparing material to help onboard affiliates. This tool will be finalized and integrated soon.

 

  • Deposit Requests
    • Deposit Requests are back and better! Deposit Requests allow you to send your customer a document that shows them an itemized list of what they are ordering and a % amount you would like them to deposit; up to 100%. Previously, the customer would have to call into Accounts Receivable in order to pay. Exclusive to iSUITE the Deposit Request will now also generate a Customer Payment Portal link, giving the customer the added convenience to pay online. Additionally, generating a Deposit Request can provide an alternate option to pre-billing your customer, which closes out your job prematurely and requires it to be re-opened before changes can be made. This option is listed under the Document Tab when you click on Create New.

 

  • Re-order report
    • After a successful preview of the Re-Order Report we are in the finalization stage, and this great tool should be implemented shortly. This will allow Affiliates to run reorder reports that can easily be sent to clients to prompt reorders or even start discussions for new projects.

 

  • Added Ability to search job number without Affiliate code
    • This popular method of searching had been re-added back for Affiliates.

 

  • Added Ability to click on Contacts to see their information from the Job Details Screen
    • This popular method of searching had been re-added back for Affiliates.

  • Custom Products  
    • We realized some of you may need additional characters to completely describe the sizes of your custom products and wanted to provide you with that functionality.

 

  • Decoration Details  
    • We’ve updated the description of the decoration line items to include the decoration location, to make it easier to identify in the instances of multiple decorations within a single Job.

 

  • BUG FIXES
    • Fixed issue with iSUITE Canada Vendor search
    • Fixed spinning issue with Presentation Module in iSUITE Canada
    • Removed Cancel Button from PO screen as Discard is the better option
    • Fixed an issue with TaxJar address Validation
